For us, it is a true honor and privilege to renew, year after year, our collaboration with the prestigious Military Academy of Modena.
Each edition represents both a challenge and an immense source of pride: the opportunity to serve and delight over 400 guests during an evening where excellence, history, and distinction come together. We are passionate about curating every detail so that this special night becomes an unforgettable gastronomic and sensory experience for all participants.

On March 20th, we will once again light our stoves to reaffirm, once more, that dedication and impeccable service are our signature. We are ready to transform this date into yet another memorable day.
